Established in 1984, TELSAN serves government and commercial customers by providing communications equipment and products in the Avionics, Marine, and Land Mobile sectors.

 

Telsan holds distribution rights to some of the world's leading Japanese and American brands. Telsan is the first company to set up the Community Repeater System in Turkey. Its product line since expanded to supply and support its customers in their radio communication needs. TELSAN further extended its services by establishing the Trunk System in 1992.

 
Besides conventional radio systems, another area of interest for TELSAN is emerging communications systems such as WIMAX, Telemetry/SCADA. WIMAX is seen as the new-age means of communications worldwide. TELSAN has been the market leader in applying for test frequencies, setting up test systems and testing WIMAX in Turkey.
 

Dedicated to provide flawless long and short-range communications, TELSAN offers the latest available technology in its product line. Supported by a fully equipped, state-of-the-art laboratory and a large inventory of spare parts and materials, experienced TELSAN technicians provide after-sale support and services. Technical Support

TELSAN's dedicated technical staff and experienced crew of engineers provide excellent technical support to its customers using state-of-the art testing, tuning and measuring equipment.

 
Installation

In order to ensure the high quality of its products and customer satisfaction, TELSAN also provides installation services. Its experienced personnel can deliver and install all kind of mobile transceivers and base stations. Additionally, TELSAN assists with measurement, testing and landscape surveys to locate the right spot for repeater systems.

 
Maintenance

TELSAN offers a 2 year-warranty against manufacturing defects in the products it sells. TELSAN also guarantees supply of spare parts for 10 years. After the expiration of the guarantee period, TELSAN provides optional service contracts upon demand. Under the terms of these contracts, TELSAN provides free repair services excluding periodic maintenance and spare parts.

 
Repairs

TELSAN offers repair services for every product it sells in its state of the art laboratory with an experienced crew of engineers.
