Different Frequency Bands Yet One Product
Mavitek MMC series receive multicouplers can be used in different sub-bands between 100-500MHz. Whether your area of operation is VHF airband, VHF marine band, UHF DMR, UHF TETRA, or other UHF analog/digital platforms, you can use the same Mavitek receive multicouplers to protect your investment. The multicoupler can be ordered to work up to 950MHz optionally. Please specify your frequency requirement at the time of ordering.
Best Signal/Noise Ratio Performance
An in-house designed low noise amplifier (less than 2dB) used in the receive multicoupler units allow for very low signal/noise ratio of the MMC series multicouplers. Typically the signal to noise ratio is between 1dB and 1.6dB.
High Isolation of Ports
MMC series receive multicouplers offer high isolation of over 20dB between receiver output ports.
Alternative Power Supply
Depending on your system room / system cabinet design, MMC series multicouplers are able to operate with either 100-242V AC mains power supply, or 12/32V DC power supply. In the event that one of the power sources are lost, the multicoupler automatically switches to the alternative supply, offering flawless operation.
Compact Design
19" rack cabinet mounts with minimum height is considered when designing the MMC series multicouplers. 1.5U height is the design form factor up to 8 channel multicouplers, while 16 channel multicoupler is only 2U height. The compact design ensures the multicouplers occupy the minimum space in your system room/cabinet.
